Not really sure what that means, but the IMac is under warrantee, and I know what that means. Dragged the tired puppy to an Apple Store last night, and after much grimacing and gnashing of teeth they told me to go away, they would call. So it’s back to regular blogging, not now, but in 7 to 10 business days…

They’re great once they induct your machine into the system, but sometimes it takes some persistence.
My brand new macbook came with an unreliable “g” key (sometimes it would make a g, sometimes it would do nothing), and I had to answer 20 questions including “No I don’t have any little children who may have spilled something on it”, etc, but when they finally took it they replaced the whole keyboard.
