Good agreement. We should be vigilant for DoE cheating and abuse.
Pretty simple, right? But of the UFT bloggers I’ve read, only one other (Chaz) got it right. (We don’t agree 100%, but at least we are on the same page). I thought it would be obvious. I’m a little disappointed.

I believe that it remains to be seen if the DOE legal department follows the agreement since Bloomberg has appeared to have rammed the agreement down Klein’s throat. The first indications are that they are not. More on my blog by the weekend.
Watching them will be key. I am looking forward to reading your suggestions.
