To determine the student’s final examination score, find the student’s total test raw score in the column labeled “Raw Score” and then locate the scale score that corresponds to that raw score. The scale score is the student’s final examination score. Enter this score in the space labeled “Scale Score” on the student’s answer sheet.

The kids needed only 31 points to get a 65 but on the math B they needed 49! No wonder so many of the math B kids were shocked that they failed. They knew so much more this time and received so much less for their knowledge. Disgraceful.
Compared to some prior Math A exams, IMO, the Integrated Algebra exam was a tougher test. However, making up for this by lowering the passing grade is a bigger mistake than having a tough test in the first place.
what th fucis wih you guys
what is rongwqith you peopleig
you can make it if you try if you havefaith in yourslf that you can mak it then it wil happen i passed it wit an 96
Whats the point of having a difficult test and “raising the bar” with a tough class when you are just going to Lower the passing score. It’s pointless.
I get the fun task of taking my regent for integrated algebra on friday, yipee
who ever cut their math classes failed tests and or marking periods will probably end up failing the regents, i always pass my math class and every other class (knock on wood =D) maybe one in a lifetime i didnt get such a “great” grade but i do good, well, my regents is the day after tomorrow, i have to admit i am verrrrrrrrrrry nervous, DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANY ADVISE AHHHHHH. Im freaking out. k then bye.
wait so im takeing my intigrated math a regents on friday june 19th all i have to get is a 31 to pass ???
lol yeaa isnt tht awesome but then again it goes on your highschool transcript so you probably want a higher score =)
They make the curve after the test so its not guaranteed that if u get a 31 you will pass but it will probally will be a huge curve considering the curve is bigger depending on how many people pass or fail and my Algebra teacher said this was one of the hardest regents hes seen in a while because of the ridiculous wording of the questions.
wat were questions 6,7,11,12,14,16,25,28
i think i failed but i already have plane tickets to my country and ill be back in septemebr 1st do i remake the whole year or do i take it again someone where there/????? plz help
i get a 90 in my class but fail the regents wit a 54 i dont understand how that happenes
is the score on ur report card the raw score or the scaled score
Scaled. You only ever see the scaled score.
if i failed my algebra regents but passed my class will i have to retake algebra?….or can i still go into geometry??
Depends on your school’s policy.
I like the “repeating the class” option better, if you have a choice.
this test wasnt that hard. i was the only one in my school to get a perfect score on the test.
tho alot of the 9th graders failed i as an 8th grader passed with flying colors.
the reason for this matter is that the math teacher of eximmius teaches something diffrent everyday and dosent give the kids a chance to learn it
when I retake my exam in august will it be the same intergrated algebra exam or a different one?
It will be a different exam. Good luck! =)
